MyKidsVision

Myopia control soft contact lenses.

Wearing soft contact lenses can help children and teens feel more confident. It improves their satisfaction and allows them to join in many activities. Some special lens designs can also slow the worsening of myopia, or nearsightedness.

These lenses include dual-focus, multifocal, extended depth of focus, and new ring-focus types. Most are made to slow myopia in children and teens. A few are also used for adults with presbyopia. Soft lenses give two main benefits: they correct vision and help slow myopia. How well they work can change between designs. Wearing them full-time gives the best results.
